good locationsteep stone stairs
the location was good. it was close to many places.
the STEEP stairs to reach the lobby were a PROBLEM. i found them quite frightening. this made carrying luggage difficult and UNSAFE.

the location was ideal. friendly staff gave us good tips. the room was spacious. it was clean, too.
i didn't like that there was no one there on duty. the steep stone stairs to reach the lobby were frightening. TOO MUCH noise in the morning, you could hear the other guests a lot.

The location was quite good. I must admit.
I found the lack of on-site staff concerning. There wasn't anyone available. also, i nearly tripped on those steep stone stairs leading to the lobby. They were quite treacherous, actually. applying, twice.

the steep stairs to reach the entrance were challenging with luggage. i think a ramp or assistance could improve accessibility.

the room offered an amazing view of the canal, it was very beautiful. fresh towels were provided daily, that ensured a comfortable stay. the room and bathroom were everything was super clean, i noted.

the staff helped with bags, that was a godsend after travel. directions were provided, they made navigation simple. the check-in process was easy, i appreciated the smooth arrival.
